4.02.03 Is the latest software so I'd get that if you don't already have it.
Make sure you also have their latest USB driver also.
Make sue you are running the program as administrator (right click properties).
From there it's on to PC settings making sure your USB ports aren't going in to a sort of  a low power standby mode etc.  Making sure there is an allowance to allow RotemNet through the firewall in windows, and also making sure there are no virus protection programs such as McAfee that may be interfering.
Give us a call at Diversified Imports if you've exhausted all other resources.  Something else to consider is maybe purchasing a serial to USB adapter and using that instead to see if that helps.  Also keep in mind RotemNet should be exited (using the door icon) when not in use.  It's not really meant to run all the time.

This Communication issue has been solved by using Usb to serial adapter and drivers supplied with adapter . Thanks

Nice, I'm glad to hear it.  The serial port is a solid near bullet proof solution if the USB goes out.

Hi Diversified Team,

Just like to quote your feedback: Also keep in mind RotemNet should be exited (using the door icon) when not in use.  It's not really meant to run all the time.

^^If that is the case, are you saying that using SAVE MAINSCREEN DATA EVERY 1 MIN OR SO, is bad? Not advisable?

Marion, what you are doing sounds fine.  For best results in your scenario make sure the PC is dedicated for RotemNet use.
