It is very important that our tunnel doors receive a correct final set. This process starts once the doors are completely installed and the drives are wired. After both of those are complete, these steps should be taken in order to ensure the doors seal and perform properly.

1.) Run the doors ALL the way open with the drive.
-The strap should be almost completely unravelled.
-This ensures that there is no slack in the lines.

2.)Run the doors up to the amount of opening required, then set the open switch on the drive.

3.)Run the doors closed until they just start to compress the seal, then set the close switch on the drive.

4.)Now, go through and tighten each strap drum with channel locks.
-Loosen the 4mm hex set screws.
-Tighten the strap drum by cranking down with channel locks until the door seals.
       -Retighten the set screws.

***IF THIS PROCESS IS DONE CORRECTLY, THIS SYSTEM REQUIRES VERY LITTLE SERVICE AFTER INSTALLATION***
